Most classes are appropriate for ALL LEVELS. To attend LEVEL 2 classes you must be a veteran student (has trained consecutively for 3 months) and/or advanced to Level 2 upon Cody Storey’s consent.
FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS STOREY FITNESS RECOMMENDS A MINIMUM OF 3 CLASS SESSIONS PER WEEK.
Free parking in rear of the studio and in neighborhood. Changing room/shower inside studio.
