Most classes are appropriate for ALL LEVELS. To attend LEVEL 2 classes you must be a veteran student (has trained consecutively for 3 months) and/or advanced to Level 2 upon Cody Storey’s consent.

FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS STOREY FITNESS RECOMMENDS A MINIMUM OF 3 CLASS SESSIONS PER WEEK.

Free parking in rear of the studio and in neighborhood. Changing room/shower inside studio.

The instructors… are all so knowledgeable and most importantly, are great motivators! They know how to explain movements in a way so you can better understand them and perfect the quality of each aspect and they are always very participatory. I feel like I am always encouraged to work towards the same goals as everyone but at my own skill and comfort level.
