    Storey Fitness teaches a series of simple, leading to complex, movements along with circular strength training and tacfit methods to unlock your body’s true potential.

Most classes are appropriate for ALL LEVELS. To attend LEVEL 2 classes you must be a veteran student (has trained consecutively for 3 months) and/or advanced to Level 2 upon Cody Storey’s consent.

Free parking in rear of the studio and in neighborhood. Changing room/shower inside studio.

The instructors… are all so knowledgeable and most importantly, are great motivators! They know how to explain movements in a way so you can better understand them and perfect the quality of each aspect and they are always very participatory. I feel like I am always encouraged to work towards the same goals as everyone but at my own skill and comfort level.
