Mission

Storey Fitness educates and helps people to optimize their health, become pain free, and address physical limitations so that they look, move, and feel better. We give people the tools and permission to move freely by having them rediscover the simplicity of movement.

Vision

Storey Fitness will grow into an international hub and training location for young to middle age adults who want to be apart of a growing community applying our movement system into their daily practice, so that they can enjoy and optimize their lives to the fullest.

Coaches

Cody Storey is a certified Clubbell Athletics Coach, Tacfit “Tactical Fitness” coach, C.S.T. “Circular Strength Training” coach, Kettlebell specialist and F.R.C. “Functional Range Conditioning” Mobility Specialist.

Emily Seeboonruang has a B.S. in Kinesiology and holds multiple training certifications. Emily has had the privilege to train under Cody Storey’s tutelage, learning the foundations of strength training & conditioning, and how to customize a client’s training program, including regressions and progressions.
